Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Seccuti. The clause that matters most is the first one: you may only authorize testing of systems you are entitled to test.
- Authorization
- You warrant that you are entitled to authorize testing of every target you place in scope. Testing a system without authorization is unlawful in most jurisdictions and is a breach of these terms.
- Scope
- Testing runs only against the targets in your envelope, within the window you set, using the action classes you permitted.
- Availability
- Testing carries inherent risk to a target. Destructive action classes are off by default and can only be enabled by a named person in your organization.
- Your data
- Engagement data belongs to you. We process it to deliver the service and delete it on request.
- Termination
- You can stop a running engagement at any time with the kill switch, and end your subscription at the end of the current period.
