Blast radius
Blast radius is how much of a customer's estate a single test can affect before something stops it.
How does blast radius work in Seccuti?
It is bounded by explicit ceilings: how many hosts may be touched, how many actions may run concurrently, how many requests per minute, and how long the whole engagement may run. A breach halts the run and notifies the emergency contact rather than continuing at a reduced rate, because a breached ceiling means the model of the engagement was wrong.
