False positive validation
False positive validation is the step that re-tests a candidate finding against the live system before it is reported.
How does false positive validation work in Seccuti?
A detection is a hypothesis. Seccuti re-issues the request, checks whether the behaviour still occurs, and records the evidence. A candidate that cannot be reproduced is marked refuted rather than being listed with a lower confidence score, because a report padded with maybes costs the reader more time than it saves.
See the idea running.
Set an envelope and watch what it refuses.
