Rules of engagement are the written terms that say when testing may happen, against what, and with what limits.
How does rules of engagement work in Seccuti?
In Seccuti the rules of engagement are not a document filed away; they are enforced. The testing window is checked at the moment each action runs, so an engagement that is out of hours simply does not execute. The signed authorization and the emergency contact are part of the same record, and an engagement missing either cannot be started.
